End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between EasyMBox (the “Company”) and the person who installs, runs, or uses the software “GPT Prompt Tester” (the “Software” or the “User”). It governs the installation, execution, and use of the Software, including access to paid features (including subscriptions).

If the User does not agree, the User must not install or use the Software.
1. Formation of Agreement and Consent
- This Agreement becomes effective when the User installs, runs, uses the Software, or uses paid features of the Software.
- The Company may amend this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and may notify changes through reasonable means such as the website or in-app notices.
- If the User continues to use the Software after notice of changes, the User is deemed to have agreed to the amended Agreement.
2. Grant of License
- The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Software.
- The User may use the Software only within the scope permitted by this Agreement, the Terms of Service, the License Policy, and other operational policies announced by the Company.
- No ownership rights in the Software are transferred to the User. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company or the rightful owner.
3. Plans (Free/Pro) and Delivery Method (Subscription/Exceptional License Key)
- The Company may provide different plans such as Free and Pro with different features and conditions, as described on the website or in the app.
- Pro features are generally provided via Microsoft Store subscriptions, and access to Pro features is granted only while the subscription remains valid.
- If the subscription ends due to cancellation, expiration, payment failure, or otherwise, access to Pro features ends and the Software switches to the Free feature scope.
- To provide Pro features, the Software verifies subscription status; if verification fails or cannot be completed, Pro features may be restricted or the Software may switch to the Free feature scope.
The Company may exceptionally provide license keys for separate agreements, enterprise/team use, promotions, or technical support. In such cases, conditions, term, device limits, and the activation method follow separate documents provided by the Company (e.g., License Policy, agreement, or email notice).
- Billing, auto-renewal, payment method management, receipts, cancellation, and refund eligibility for subscriptions are governed primarily by Microsoft Store policies and procedures.
4. Installation, Device Registration, and Verification
- For security and abuse prevention, the Company may process minimal technical information such as identifiers generated by the device environment (e.g., a device ID or equivalent value), app/OS version, verification time, and verification results.
- Subscription-based Pro features are activated based on subscription status and the device environment, and an internet connection may be required for verification.
- If verification fails due to unstable internet connection, network blocking, external service outages, or policy changes, Pro features may be restricted or the Software may switch to the Free feature scope.
- If abnormal patterns are detected (e.g., repeated device changes, OS reinstallation, or hardware changes), the Company may request additional steps for security review or temporarily limit verification.
5. Updates and Feature Changes
- The Company may provide updates for feature improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Updates may add, change, or remove features, and availability of some features may vary by plan.
- Some features may be restricted or changed due to policy or technical changes of external services (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Store).
6. Local Storage and User Data Handling
Most data created or used in the Software is stored on the User’s local PC. The Company does not receive or store the “content” of user-generated data (such as prompts, text, or images) on Company servers.
6-1. Local Storage (User PC)
- Types of locally stored data: prompts and outputs, history, templates (project/version), user settings, writing drafts (draft/metadata), image generation outputs/prompts, gallery/compare data, and locally aggregated data used for usage/dashboard display, etc.
- Examples: The above is illustrative. Items stored locally may expand or change as features are added or updated.
6-2. Minimal Server-side Processing (Security/Verification)
- Device identifiers (e.g., device ID or equivalent), app/OS version and other environment information
- Subscription/license verification records (verification time, results, product identifiers, within the minimum necessary scope)
- Access logs (including IP) and error logs for security and incident response
- The Company does not collect or store the content of user-generated data (such as prompts/text/images).
When using AI features, requests are sent directly from the User’s PC to OpenAI (not via Company servers). The transmission process and OpenAI’s handling are governed by the Privacy Policy and OpenAI policies.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The User must not engage in any of the following:
- Assigning, renting, sharing, reselling, or attempting any of these with subscriptions or usage rights
- Bypassing security, including reverse engineering, decompiling, source code analysis, tampering, or cracking
- Bypassing or disabling verification/activation systems or usage restrictions (including device limits)
- Interfering with normal operation of the Service or servers (e.g., abnormal traffic, automated attacks)
- Using the Software in violation of applicable laws, this Agreement, Terms of Service, or Company policies
- If a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, the Company may take necessary measures such as restricting Pro features, blocking verification, or revoking usage rights, and may pursue legal action for serious violations.
8. Limited Warranty
- The Software is provided “as is.”
- The Company makes no warranties regarding performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose for Free features.
- AI outputs (e.g., OpenAI) are probabilistic results, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent liability is limited under applicable laws, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by the User.
- To the extent liability is limited under applicable laws, the Company is not liable for damages arising from the following causes:
- Issues attributable to the User’s environment (misconfiguration, network failure, OS issues, etc.)
- Feature limitations caused by outages or policy changes of external services/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Store)
- Restrictions of Pro features or switching to Free due to subscription verification failure or unstable internet connection
- Data loss due to the User’s negligence or poor management
- Even if the Company is found liable for paid features, the Company’s total liability will not exceed the subscription amount actually paid during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
10. Termination and License Revocation
- If the User violates this Agreement or related policies, the Company may restrict Pro features, terminate this Agreement, and revoke the license without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and depending on the severity of the violation.
- Upon termination or revocation, the User must immediately stop using and delete the Software.
- Subscription termination (cancellation/expiration/payment failure, etc.) means the end of access to Pro features, and the Software switches to the Free feature scope.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute related to this Agreement or the Software, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
