License Policy
This License Policy defines the paid usage model, activation and usage scope, subscription renewal/cancellation, device change policy, and measures against unauthorized use for GPT Prompt Tester. Users of the software must review and comply with this policy.

1. Plans
GPT Prompt Tester consists of Free and Pro features. Pro access is provided through Microsoft Store subscriptions.
License Key Method (Exception)
A license key method may be provided for enterprise/institutional use, special environments, separate agreements, promotions, or technical support purposes. In such cases, the validity period, device limits, and activation method follow the separate agreement or documentation provided by the Company.2. Scope of Use
- Users may use features within the scope of the Free or Pro plan.
- Pro features are available only while the subscription remains active.
- If the subscription ends due to cancellation, expiration, or payment failure, Pro features revert to the Free scope.
- Changing plans does not automatically delete locally stored user data (such as Playground history, templates, or settings).

Pro feature activation occurs through the following process.
4. Device Change and Reinstallation
System environment changes may occur due to PC replacement, OS reinstallation, or system reset.
- If the subscription under the same Microsoft account is verified, Pro features are reactivated.
- If abnormal activation patterns are detected, additional security verification procedures may be required.
5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscription renewal, cancellation, payment method management, and receipt issuance follow Microsoft Store subscription policies.
- When a subscription ends, Pro features revert to Free functionality.
6. Unauthorized Use and Policy Violations
The following actions are prohibited.
- Bypassing subscription verification or disabling verification logic
- Tampering with activation or verification systems
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, or other security circumvention
- Abnormal sharing of subscription benefits or unauthorized activation bypass
- Attacking the activation system using automated tools
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service or servers
- If a violation is confirmed, the Company enforces restrictions on Pro features or service usage.
- Restrictions caused by technical errors or external service outages are reviewed and restored after verification.
7. Business / Team Licensing
Organizations or teams may negotiate licensing terms through a separate agreement.

8. Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation rules follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds for Microsoft Store subscription payments follow Microsoft Store policies.
- The Company does not directly process or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
9. Verification Data and Privacy
- Subscription verification results
- Application and OS environment information
- Error logs and activation records
The Company does not store the content of user-generated data such as prompts, templates, Playground content, text/image generation inputs, or generated outputs on Company servers. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy.
10. Policy Changes
This policy may be revised due to service operations, security requirements, changes in external service policies, or legal and regulatory updates.
Continued use of the software after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
