This policy explains the purchase, payment, cancellation, and refund terms for the digital product “GPT Prompt Tester”.
If the product is purchased through external platforms such as Naver Smart Store, Coupang, or Kmong, the refund request and processing procedures will follow the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

1. Refund and Cancellation Restrictions
Refunds or cancellations may be restricted under the following conditions.
① After License Key Issuance or Service Activation
Digital content and digital services become usable immediately after delivery. Once the product becomes accessible, cancellation or withdrawal may be restricted.
- License key has been issued or delivered
- License activation becomes possible within the application
- Paid features are successfully activated
- Subscription-based Pro features have been activated
After this point, refunds or cancellations are generally not allowed except for cases defined under the “Exceptional Refund Cases” section.
According to digital content consumer protection guidelines, withdrawal may be restricted once digital content has been provided or accessed.
② Compatibility or Configuration Issues on User Devices
- Operating system differences or security software settings
- Errors occurring only in the user’s local environment
- User network restrictions such as firewall, proxy, or DNS configuration
The company may provide technical guidance but refunds are not provided in these cases.
③ Change of Mind or Accidental Purchase
- Incorrect license type selection
- User decides not to use the product
- Accidental purchase
Cancellation may be possible before license issuance depending on the platform policy.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted in the following cases after verification.
- The issue must be reproducible by the company.
- The issue remains unresolved after reasonable support attempts.
- Failures caused by external API providers such as OpenAI are not considered valid refund reasons.
If payment was completed but the license key was not delivered due to system errors.
- If the same order was charged multiple times.
- Proof of payment may be required.
3. Refund Process by Purchase Channel
GPT Prompt Tester may be sold through multiple platforms. Refund requests must follow the policy and procedure of the purchase platform.
- License issued or service activated → refund restricted
- Technical defect verification required for exceptional refunds
- If platform policies conflict with this policy, platform policies take precedence
3-1. Microsoft Store Subscription
- Subscription cancellation must be handled through the Microsoft account subscription page.
- The company cannot process refunds for Microsoft Store purchases.
- The application verifies subscription status through Microsoft Store services.
