3. Service Features and Provision
The Service includes productivity features such as prompt testing, content writing, image generation, result management, usage analytics, and subscription/license verification. The Company may add, modify, or remove features. The items below are examples of possible features; availability and details follow the guidance provided in the app and on the website.
- GPT Playground and Multi Panel features

- Other features included in or added to the Service in the future
- The Company may provide updates to improve quality and add features.
- The Company may offer both a Free plan and paid Pro features. Available features and conditions are described in the app or on the website.
- The Company may offer certain features or supported AI engines selectively depending on subscription plans, timing, or policy.
- Specific AI engines or advanced features may later be offered under separate plans, paid options, or additional conditions.
Certain features use external AI services (e.g., OpenAI) via APIs. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI responses and generated outputs. Some features may be delayed, limited, or changed due to outages, policy changes, or restrictions of external services.
4. Subscriptions/Licenses and Usage Rights
- The Company may offer different plans (e.g., Free/Pro) or access models (subscription/license) depending on feature scope, supported AI engines, and usage conditions.
- Paid Pro features are provided primarily via Microsoft Store subscriptions and are available only while the subscription is valid.
- If the subscription ends (cancellation, expiration, payment failure, etc.), the User’s access to Pro features ends and the Service switches to the Free feature set.
- To provide Pro features, the app verifies subscription status. If verification fails or cannot be confirmed, Pro features are provided under the Free feature set.
The Company may provide a license-key model on an exceptional basis for separate agreements, enterprise/team use, promotions, or technical support. In such cases, conditions such as eligibility, term, device limits, and activation methods follow separate policies (License Policy, contract, email notice, etc.) provided by the Company.
The User may use the Service only within the scope permitted by the Company. The following acts are prohibited:
- Assigning, lending, sharing, reselling, or attempting to assign/lend/share/resell subscription/license rights
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing source code
- Bypassing or tampering with verification/activation systems
- Evading Company-imposed limitations (including device limits and verification policies)
- If misuse is detected, the Company may take necessary measures such as limiting Pro features, refusing subscription/license verification, or applying account/device-level restrictions.
- Billing and renewal (including auto-renewal), payment method management, and receipts for Microsoft Store subscriptions follow Microsoft Store policies and procedures.
5. Device Change and Reinstallation Policy
- If the User replaces a PC or reinstalls the operating system, device registration/verification procedures apply for security and anti-fraud purposes.
- Subscription-based Pro features are activated based on subscription verification and device environment, and verification policies may change for security reasons.
- If excessive device changes or abnormal patterns are detected, the Company may request additional verification steps for security and anti-fraud purposes.
- (Exception) For the license-key model, device release/re-registration follows the License Policy or separate guidance provided by the Company.
6. Processing of Technical Data (Collection/Storage)
The Company may process the following technical information for service provision, security, subscription/license verification, and quality improvements:
- Device identifiers (device ID or equivalent identifier), OS information
- App version and basic configuration information
- Subscription/license verification and activation history (success/failure logs, verification timestamps, results, etc.)
- Access logs (including IP) and error logs for security and incident response
The Company does not store or use for analysis the content created by the User, such as prompts/templates/Playground content, on Company servers.

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in any of the following cases:
- System maintenance, server expansion, or replacement
- Technical issues such as server failures or network outages
- Impact from external service outages or policy changes (OpenAI, Microsoft Store, etc.)
- Other unavoidable circumstances
- If a suspension or material change is planned, the Company will, in principle, provide advance notice. However, the Company may provide notice after the fact in unavoidable cases such as urgent security issues or incident response.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the usage environment for already valid subscriptions/licenses during the agreed term. Exceptions may apply due to unavoidable causes such as external service policy changes or responses to security threats.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Payments, cancellation, and refunds (including eligibility) for subscriptions purchased via Microsoft Store follow Microsoft Store policies and procedures.
- For purchases made via license keys provided exceptionally by the Company or via external sales platforms (Smart Store, Coupang, Kmong, etc.), the refund/cancellation policy of the relevant sales channel applies first.
- If the Service cannot be used normally due to a technical issue, the Company will provide reasonable verification and support. Refund/exchange eligibility is determined according to the purchase channel’s policy and the verification results.

- Issues attributable to the User’s environment such as misconfiguration, network problems, or OS issues
- Function limitations due to external service/API outages or policy changes (OpenAI, Microsoft Store, etc.)
- Pro feature limitations or switching to Free due to failed subscription verification or unstable internet connectivity
- Data loss caused by the User’s negligence or poor management
- Before using AI responses or generated content, the User must independently verify facts, timeliness, legality, and potential third-party rights issues (copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, etc.) and obtain any necessary permissions.
- The Service is not intended to provide professional advice in high-risk areas such as legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, or accounting matters. The User must not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions in such areas.
- If the User publishes, distributes, sells, uploads, or applies AI-generated content externally, the User is responsible for the outcomes.
- To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company is not liable for disputes arising from the User’s choices, usage methods, or external distribution (claims of rights infringement, damages, regulatory violations, etc.).
